Beach Enclave is a collection of luxury villa and beach house resorts on the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, with properties set across three distinct beachfront communities — North Shore, Long Bay, and Grace Bay — plus The Reserve at Grace Bay, an ultra-luxury enclave of three beachfront villas designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura. Each gated, private community was chosen for its natural beauty and seclusion, and the villas and beach houses range from two-bedroom beach houses up to seven-bedroom beachfront villas, making Beach Enclave suited to everything from romantic getaways to multi-generational family trips, small corporate retreats, and intimate weddings. Every stay includes a dedicated butler trained by the British Butler Institute, a concierge team, and private chefs, along with resort-style amenities at each property: 24/7 fitness centers, tennis and pickleball courts, complimentary group yoga six days a week, and non-motorized water sports. Guests can choose the setting that fits them: North Shore's elevated villas and beach houses sit above a near-private beach with excellent snorkeling and the on-site Bluff Bar Restaurant; Long Bay stretches along three miles of shallow, family-friendly water with kiteboarding directly off the beach; and Grace Bay offers beachfront and ocean-view villas on the quieter east end of the island's best-known beach, a short drive from the Grace Bay strip. The Reserve at Grace Bay adds a five-acre private sports complex — padel, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, and a putting green — for guests who want resort-level activity alongside total privacy. This is where guests staying at Grace Bay are based for their trip, supported by a private butler, concierge team, and fully staffed villa (housekeeping and water sports team included). The property is a five-minute drive to the Providenciales Golf Course and a ten-minute drive to the Grace Bay strip's restaurants, bars, and boutiques. On site, guests have access to a 24/7 fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and half-basketball courts, a children's playroom, a yoga deck, and complimentary group yoga six days a week. Beach Enclave Long Bay
Beach Enclave Long Bay sits directly on a three-mile stretch of beach, with every villa and beach house just steps from the water. This is where guests staying at Long Bay are based throughout their trip, with a fully staffed team — including housekeeping and a water sports team — plus a private butler and concierge services for beach houses and villas. The shallow water here is well suited to families with younger children, and Long Bay includes a complimentary two-hour kiteboarding lesson for up to three guests through Big Blue Collective (available for stays of four nights or more, and subject to availability). Guests also have access to a 24/7 fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, a yoga deck, and complimentary group yoga six days a week. Ámbra Beach Club & Restaurant, opening in 2026, will add on-site dining directly at Long Bay.

Beach Enclave North Shore is home to a collection of elevated villas and beach houses set above a near-private stretch of beach, chosen for its seclusion and excellent snorkeling directly offshore. This is where guests staying at North Shore are based for the full length of their trip — each villa comes with its own butler, concierge access, and daily housekeeping. The Reserve at Grace Bay
The Reserve at Grace Bay is Beach Enclave's most exclusive property: three ultra-luxury beachfront villas ranging from roughly 13,800 to over 15,100 square feet, set on nearly five acres directly on Grace Bay Beach. Each villa was custom-designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura, the acclaimed firm behind tropical modern architecture, and this is where guests staying at The Reserve are based for the full length of their trip. Inclusions here go further than Beach Enclave's other properties, with a private butler and on-site resort manager per villa, daily private chef service for all three meals, and round-trip luxury SUV transfers to and from the airport. The Reserve's five-acre sports complex includes a golf-green complex with four tee boxes, a 1,000-foot putting green, two tennis courts, a padel court, pickleball, beach volleyball, and an electric cold plunge, alongside a 24/7 fitness center.
